Hi, all. Long time forum-user here, but currently on the lookout for a new one. I've even been thinking about starting my own, using Plushforums software. This is what thephilosophyforum.com/ uses, and it's the best LOOKING site I've seen so far. ( The cheapest version of the softwhere is 50 dollars a month, and the cost is based on average number of logged in visitors.) Unfortunately, it's become an invite only site AND some of the mods have a little too much fun with their power. To be fair, it's mostly a great place, or was when it was accessible.
This place seems promising in terms of believing in freedom. I'd like to see progressives and conservatives and contrarians and total freaks mixing it up. And no one getting banned for censored for thinking differently. Not too many members so far, but perhaps that will change.
