Hello, I found this forum through Quora. I’m a Catholic software engineer from Long Island, NY. Adoptive dad, homeschool parent, pro-life, conservative, former tournament Scrabble player, halfway decent karaoke singer, and loyal Mets fan. Unpopular opinions include: - lobster is the most overrated food on earth - you can be Republican and drive a Prius - it’s still Journey even without Steve Perry Enjoy your day and feel free to visit my Quora profile and throw me a question Rich

Greetings, and welcome to the Salon.
This is an uncensored forum where independent thinkers and conservatives can share ideas, thoughts, and uncommon knowledge from different perspectives and sources.
This forum is what its users make it; so peruse what is here, leave something to educate or provoke others to thought, and enjoy your time here. Hopefully it will be time well spent.

Greetings from Singapore, a tiny island country! I am very much like you, admin! Only thing I don't articulate my ideas and opinions very well many others, but I think if you know/ understand, you know/understand. Thus I share many of them on my personal Facebook account for people to have a good sense of the real me, not caring about the likes from people in my friends list which they actually don't care as well. It is my page and I do whatever heck I want and they can jolly well unfriend me if they want to. I would love to connect there if anyone wants to... I don't have many people to discuss about life in reality since most feel they are dark and negative. But I think it is about intellectual honesty. www.philosophizethis.org/podcast/episode-152-the-frankfurt-school-walter-benjamin-pt-1-tkewa-ctms6?fbclid=IwAR0GUbf2wvTAITiMN_glDTRomrXaLSbYWtlWaUxQo6toxGLqXxmW4LRdSHs

(Intellectual honesty is always encouraged here, as are freedom of inquiry and independent thought. All three are increasingly scarce resources in the world, but precious---and desperately needed.)
